Chapeau! Restaurant Review:


Owner Philippe Gardelle moved the original Chapeau! into this, his second Clement Street property, formerly called Clementine. The merger, so to speak, means diners get the best of both worlds, choosing items that have appeared on both Chapeau! and Clementine's authentic French menus. Expect dishes ranging from traditional escargots de Bourgogne to bouillabaisse, and pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon. To end the meal, consider such temptations as vanilla bean crème brûlée, Baked Alaska and profiteroles.
