Try the crab tortellini with lemon oil, squid-ink risotto and pan-fried calamari, sautéed veal kidney and sage-infused artichokes in a peppered vinaigrette, and ricotta and amarena cherry cake. The Italian cellar is a wonder to behold, and the staff provides silken service. For à la carte, plan to spend €70 (lunch formule at €34).
