La Régalade, made famous by Yves Camdeborde and the movement of “la bistronomie,” has entered a new era. British chef Ollie Clarke changed the name to Origins 14 but carries on the values and cooking philosophy with his own spin. He partners with French producers and even lists them on the menu. The prix-fixe menu at €37 includes three courses that change daily.
