THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Shojin in DTLA's Little Tokyo serves elegant, organic vegan cuisine with a Japanese influence. Kabocha pumpkin is a comforting start, the crispy fried shell of each slice giving way to a soft, slightly creamy interior of delicate squash, all coated in a light dusting of sea salt and cinnamon. Continue with sushi rolls or ramen. Also located at 12406 Washington Blvd., Culver City.
