Northern Liberties is bursting with little casual spots like this, which bills itself as a vacation-style restaurant. The cuisine is eclectic, global and served with a smile. You can graze, or have a full meal that includes mussels, various fishes or a steak. It is helpful to local artists, and the first Friday of each month it has music with the exhibit. There's usually a DJ on weekends, and the bar is busy till 2 a.m.
