Bacon N' Ed's Restaurant Review

: One of the most enterprising food truck operators in the metro area, chef Ed Hardy has an oddly decorated van with a depiction of a skillet frying bacon and eggs. He was the executive chef at now-closed Bistro Vivant before going on to Rockville’s Quench and appearing on Food Network. Hardy then decided that he loved the idea of a food truck. While he will cater events and cook whatever the host may order, his food truck fare would shine anywhere. Imagine a fried chicken banh mi, an American twist on a classic Vietnamese sandwich that pairs crunchy fried chicken with tomatoes and other add-ons. The trick is trying to locate the truck, as it parks at no set place; the best bet is to check out Hardy’s website and Facebook page.
