We feel like we're on a trip to the Caribbean when we eat while overlooking Lake Hefner from Bahama Breeze. There's no need to have reservations, and seldom a wait, as the dining room can seat 300-plus---and you can pick up the phone just before leaving home and ask for the special call-ahead seating. Don't miss the pan-seared tilapia with sweet potato mash, fresh asparagus, cucumber-pepper slaw and orange-balsamic drizzle---a real taste of the islands. If you're really hungry, order the tamarind-glazed Bahamian grilled beef kebabs with mushrooms, onions, peppers, squash and yellow rice. No meal is complete here without an order of island onion rings, a big platter stacked high, enhanced with coconut and served with two dipping sauces---chile-horseradish and citrus-mustard.
