Baluchi's serves delicious Northern Indian fare like tandoori-baked leg of lamb, robust curries and savory samosas. It's hard to imagine that a place that looks so ethnically intriguing, with inlaid tables and embroidered fabric chairs, could have such reasonable prices, but it does---especially at lunch, which is half price.
