THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED This Caribbean cuisine spot is the only place in downtown Cleveland where you’ll find groups of suits munching on guava-glazed pork chops, curried chicken, gazpacho and beans and rice. Though the restaurant does a brisk business during the weekday lunch rush, dinner is a nightly event complete with entertainment (jazz, R&B and spiritual groups) and full bar service. Fried catfish and perch, jambalaya, paella, steaks and chops make up a menu that pleases palates both adventurous and tame. A Better Place offers a gospel brunch on Sunday mornings.
