Black & Tan Grille Restaurant Review:
The Black & Tan Grille is known not only for its setting --- though the views of both the Fox River and downtown Green Bay make it unique --- but also for its contemporary American cuisine. On the first floor, patrons enjoy wine and cocktails in the lounge and bar area as well as beef bourguignon and ale-battered Cajun crawfish with aïoli. The menu in the main dining room offers duck roulade, pan-seared Maple Leaf duck filled with tomato hummus and cheese, served over corn, asparagus and spinach spätzle with a sauerkraut chipotle crème fraîche; and the signature tenderloin with an oven-bronzed Gorgonzola brochette topped with caramelized onions. Ride the elevator (one of only four manual elevators in the country) to the penthouse on the ninth floor.
