This restaurant is one of the Red Pepper, White Onion, Purple Sage and Green Olive group. With four tables at entry level, the lower room has dark wood tables, stone floors and stainless-steel lights, all very modern for Primrose Hill, which has steered clear of 'designed' restaurants. But the formula fits perfectly, just as it did originally in Maida Vale. Satisfying Indian dishes are served up by former Tamarind chef Ashok Kumar. Tables outside in summer clinch the deal.
