It’s up for debate whether this 24/7 hangout underwent an upgrade when it moved recently from real diner digs to mock ones that include a full bar complete with an artsy décor scheme. Either way, the Blue Diner positions itself as a slyly hip spot that is part and parcel of the downtown scene. As you’d expect, omelets, burgers, wings, meatloaf and other savory regulars are all available, all the time.
