Blue Moon Evolution Restaurant Review

: Raw food choices such as a pâté made of sunflower seeds mingled with marinated vegetables will entice vegans while Andrea's brick chicken served simply with salt, pepper, parsley and lemon will appeal to the meat eaters at the table. The décor is rustic yet somehow elegant with salvaged farmhouse tables --- one of which is a common table for solo diners and those seeking to talk to someone new. Try tofu mulligatawny or seafood cakes made with lobster, shrimp and Jonah crab and a touch of Meyer lemon in an aïoli. The lemon caper monkfish with chard and garlic or a hearty osso buco made with locally raised bison are standouts. Local Long Pie pumpkin panna cotta is creamy and spicy, but you might want to end your meal with a cocktail, also made from local ingredients, like the Jack Rose with apple brandy.
