Start off with the Canyon nachos, a combo of the Blue Ox’s unique and colorful tortilla chips with the typical cheese-salsa-guacamole topping. Luncheon sandwiches, such as the Southwestern chicken option, are eclipsed at dinner when full-scale entrées hit the deck.
