The wrap-and-smoothie fad has fizzled, but this place has endured with only a name change---from The Wrap to Boloco, or Boston Local Company---and a slight shift toward the burrito end of the spectrum. But Taco Bell it isn't: brown rice, black beans, whole-wheat tortillas and salsas containing mango and tomatillo mean the health benefits remain key.
