When you're in Nantes, stop by to admire the dining room's listed nineteenth-century décor (gorgeous mosaics, ceramics and woodwork). If you stay to eat, try one of the excellent raw seafood platters or generous brasserie-style dishes on the menu like andouillette sausage à la plancha, parmesan scallop carnaroli risotto, steak tartare, shortcake tarte au café. Small but intriguing cellar. Smiling welcome.
