THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS The Broiler Restaurant Review:
A decade or so ago, when nobody went to steakhouses, The Broiler was a cool kind of relic---a fun and funky remnant of Vegas in the 50s, with the campy appeal of an overdone drag queen. Today, with bigger and better steakhouses opening all around it, The Broiler hasnt got much left to offer. While its nice to check in now and then on the original article---and The Broiler is certainly that---modern-day facsimiles like the nearby Mortons are really better in every way: the surroundings are nicer, the service is sharper, and the steaks are of a notably higher quality. Rumor has it that The Broiler is moving to new digs soon. Maybe that will reinvigorate the place. But at the moment, all The Broilers got going for it is its history.
