BULLSHRIMP IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR REMODELING. This colorful 8,000-square-foot steak emporium features a dazzling open kitchen with an aqua tile wall and Italica glass pendant bullhorn-shaped lights. The iridescent blue pearl granite-topped ten-seat BullBar dominates the cozy gathering area complete with a huge upholstered couch and ottomans. We like the bacon-wrapped shrimp appetizer and the BullShrimp Caesar salad. The lobster bisque is also popular, as are the oysters Rockefeller. Among favorite entrées are the Strauss veal chop and the Prime bone-in New York steak. Extensive wine and martini lists, plus before and after specialty drinks and luscious desserts beautifully complement the cuisine.
