A surf ‘n’ turf paradise, this steakhouse splits its talents between the raw bar and the beef. As far as the former is concerned, you’ll encounter Blue Point oysters and lobster cocktails, while sea plateaus --- for one or to share --- provide a bit of everything. A spicy tuna tartare and a lobster risotto round out the surf portion of the menu. As for the turf, the Prime dry-aged Nebraska beef is aged for 28 days and includes a porterhouse, sirloin and Châteaubriand, accompanied by a choice of homemade sauces. Let the sommelier assist in navigating the wine list, which offers over 800 selections.
