Cabra Restaurant Review

: “Top Chef” alum Stephanie Izard based her Fulton Market concept on her travels to the Peruvian cities of Lima, Arequipa and Cusco. The Hoxton, Chicago restaurant dishes up shareable plates including tiraditos, ceviche, and other surf and turf specialties such as whole snapper and chicharron del puerco. The interior of the restaurant complements the industrial feel of the neighborhood with soaring ceilings, wood floors and windows overlooking the lofts, eateries and office buildings nearby. The focal point is a bar dressed with greenery and plants. Guests also head out to the patios for pre- or post-dinner cocktails.
