THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Cafe Chardonnay Restaurant Review:

After a day of wine touring, we like to adjourn to the Ballard Inn, a 15-room, Victorian-style pseudo-farmhouse with a roaring fire, lots of antiques and this pleasant little dining room, which serves organic greens, flavorful soups, pastas and grilled meats. Good bets include the sesame-seed-and-pepper-crusted halibut with orzo pasta and the prime rib of pork with caramelized shallots and port wine sauce. On warm evenings the front porch is a delightful spot to linger over a glass of wine.
