Cafe at the Corner Restaurant Review:
Since 1990, Michael and Eileen Randman's little lunch spot has raised the bar for soup, salad and sandwiches. Freshly made homemade pastries, and salad with goat cheese and Cajun chili are both tasty. Daily specials usually include a quiche, and we like the fried chicken salad. Desserts are worthy of a fine-dining establishment, especially the rich brownies. Sporting a beret, chef Eileen says she was trained in Paris, where she worked at the Ritz Paris hotel.
