Think sandwiches on freshly baked baguettes and served with traditional bistro accompaniments, such as green beans, asparagus, or a refreshing carrot salad. The tuna niçoise sandwich is particularly memorable, as is the simplicity of the classic Parisian sandwich---just ham, butter and Gruyère served on a toasted baguette.
