Cafe Jacqueline Restaurant Review

: Soufflés are the order of the day at this very romantic and very feminine restaurant. In fact, soufflés comprise the entire menu with soup and salad included with the savory dishes. The top-rated superstar of soufflés is the pricey black truffle, but the cauliflower, wild mushroom, prosciutto, and corn are all equally delicious. This may not seem like an exciting venture until one considers how temperamental soufflés can be and how hard it is to achieve perfection. So choose a foggy cold evening, grab a special friend and venture forth to enjoy a very historic and very French recipe. Be sure someone at the table orders the chocolate soufflé for dessert.
