If you have a sense of adventure, this is the place for you. Students prepare all the meals, with mixed results. The Academy Grill features simple salads, soups, burgers and other grilled dishes prepared by the freshman class. In the Carême Room, upperclassmen produce an ambitious, ever-changing menu that has more of a Mediterranean bent. Your servers are also academy students, who are required to learn all aspects of restaurant operations.
