The list of two-dozen crispy-thin pizzas at this chain includes all the standards, but there are also inventive versions like wild mushroom, mango tandoori chicken, and B.L.T.---the latter complete with mayonnaise. Our favorites? The roasted garlic chicken, with its memorable garlic-shallot butter, and the barbecued chicken, which is---far and away---the most popular of the pies. (You also can design your own.) If you can tear yourself away from the pizzas---it’s unlikely---try one of the pastas; we recommend the Thai linguine with spicy peanut-ginger sauce. Another Asian option, the crisp Chinese chicken salad, is satisfying as well. However, salad portions are large; keep in mind that you can get a half-order. Soups, appetizers, sandwiches made with hearth-baked focaccia---not to mention filling desserts---round out the menu.
