Capital City Gastropub Restaurant Review:
This cozy spot with red walls and dark wood offers wines by the glass and craft beers on tap to complement an ever-changing menu. Owner-chef Kevin Everleth goes to great ends to obtain regionally-produced ingredients and lists source names to prove it. One might encounter house-smoked Sweet Tree Farm chicken; Berlin’s Best rainbow chard tossed with buttermilk and horseradish, with compressed sweet potatoes; and Kilcoyne Farms beef Bolognese, gnocchi, Grana Padano, bone marrow and herbs.
