Get your platinum card ready. This is it: the American steakhouse in all of its over-the-top glory. Shrimp cocktail with prawns the size of an infant's hand. Dry-aged porterhouses that weigh in at 24-ounces, and lobsters as big as five pounds. Creamy mashed potatoes and even creamier creamed spinach. Don't forget big red wines priced for big green expense accounts.
