The Italian approach to steaks and seafood informs this well-crafted menu, which is a consistent performer for a corporate-driven restaurant chain. Carrabba’s offers good service and food at a fair price. Some good bets are calamari, mussels in white wine, wood-fired pizzas and decent pasta dishes that sometimes have a bit too much on them but are always tasty. For main courses, the best deals are the shrimp-and-scallop skewer and the veal Marsala. Portions are ample. Steaks are quite good and the kitchen is flexible about the preparation. Care to have your filet not Fiorentina but a la Marsala? The chefs will do it. The wine list is reasonably good, and almost all selections can be ordered by the glass. Also located at 1887 Mt.
