This boisterous little joint hops at lunchtime, filled with journalists, students and others clamoring for one of the Peruvian or Tex-Mex dishes that keep the kitchen staff busy. Ceviche may be overly chilled and flavorless but there are plenty of other options on the lengthy menu --- everything from the Peruvian potato dish called papa a la huancaina to Mexican fajitas, chiles rellenos, huevos rancheros, burritos and quesadillas. Try the Peruvian alfajores for a sweet finale. Check out the sangría, piña colada and Mexican beers, too.
