Innovative cuisine can be enjoyed beneath shady trees or inside by the fire, like pork feet and foie gras with cream of asparagus, john dory with glazed shitake mushrooms, calf sweetbread braised in lemon and fennel confit with spiced syrup. There is also a full wine cellar and a cigar humidor. But, you pay for it all.
