Cellini Restaurant Review:
A fine location to talk business or promote a romance, Cellini has the aura of an upscale Tuscan farmhouse with warm hospitality that begins at the door and never stops. The centerpiece: thoughtful and well-made food with special emphasis on stuffed pastas, grilled meats and whole fish baked in foil. We suggest ordering chef Dino Arpaia's signature dish---inbustata pasta filled with minced chicken, veal, mozzarella, shiitake mushrooms and spinach, and sealed with a dab of fresh tomato sauce. One night, his ravioli might be stuffed with beets and herbs and served with light Gorgonzola sauce. Cellini's Closet is a closet holding anything a guest might suddenly need such as make-up, sewing kits, nylon stockings or rain hats (but, unfortunately, not cash)---compliments of the management.
