This is the dream bar for sports fans and their significant others who couldn't care less. You won't find any stale wings or rubbery fried mozzarella strips sitting under a heat lamp for three hours. Everything is cooked to order using good quality, fresh ingredients, which is not always the case at high volume sports bars. Giant screen TVs surround the dining area and the volume is low enough to make it possible to carry on a conversation, that is unless there's a really big game on, say the Cowboys in the Super Bowl. Do try an order of the buffalo wings, served crispy, spicy and, as done in Buffalo, with blue cheese dressing. Burgers are big and juicy; if you dare, try the bacon-stacked monstrosity with a serving of its crispy waffle-cut french fries drizzled with piping hot queso sauce. Hearty bourbon-glazed pork chops and savory meatloaf are standouts on the entrée list. For lighter, though by no means lite, fare try the Cobb salad topped off with tender strips of grilled chicken. Even avid non-sports fans will enjoy the complimentary Blow Out Buffet during happy hour on Fridays.
