With its own local mystique, this restaurant takes cheese to a whole new level, celebrating its diversity and flavor. Start with the French onion soup, with its creamy, melting cheese. Then the main course could be something as substantial as one of the mac ‘n’ cheese variations (think Cambozola blue cheese with crumbled bacon); a house salad with cheese, of course; or a classic grilled cheese sandwich, perhaps combining Taleggio and onion confit. Ask about the right wine for your cheese-centric meal, and save room for dessert --- we recommend the homemade cheesecake. While you are waiting for service, or on your way out after the meal, peruse the cheese displays and pick up a wedge or two to enjoy at home.
