Vegan restaurant by CHLOE. features several locations in New York (and Boston and Los Angeles and beyond...). Menu items include a quinoa taco salad, smoky portobello mushroom barbecue, smashed avocado toast, a black bean burger and mac 'n' cheese made with sweet potato and cashew cheese sauce and shiitake bacon. The menu is kosher, too.
