Citizens Kitchen & Bar Restaurant Review:

This casual American bistro is aptly named, for it’s dedicated to citizens of the world, with black brick walls lined with photographs of people both famous and ordinary. It’s very unlikely you’ll leave hungry, as servings are quite large, with most enough to feed two or more. Examples are the Balboa prime rib French dip and a half-bird worth of roasted chicken served with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli rabe. A mélange of comfort food sides includes mac ‘n’ cheese with ham and peas, steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes with bacon. Late-night munchies can be quelled with the likes of a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich; Belgian waffles; Buffalo wings; and desserts such as devil's food Nutella cake. A fully stocked grab-and-go counter/espresso bar offers deli staples, pre-made sandwiches, gourmet coffee and pastries. The expansive beer menu lists American craft favorites such as Victory Storm King Imperial Stout, Dogfish Head 90-Minute IPA and Great Basin Wild Horse Ale.
