Chef Trevor Teich (L2O, Acadia, NoMI) directs the pop-up restaurant Claudia. A seasonal tasting menu is offered at each dinner; dishes have included scallop with foie gras emulsion; purée of red cabbage and pickled mustard seeds paired with venison; and pine/chocolate textures. Tickets for the meals are sold exclusively via Claudia’s website (two seatings an evening). BYOB.
