THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Clocktowers Restaurant Restaurant Review:
With its pleasant and lightly colored setting offering views of the ocean, Clocktowers takes its name from a nearby monument, which is a landmark of Daytona. This agreeable place is a typical rendition of a resort hotel restaurant. It works well for what it is and has justly not the pretension to enter into the perilous area of haute cuisine. It offers a classic Continental cuisine with appetizers such as shrimp cocktails or crab cakes in which an added marmalade did not appear to us as a great innovation. Among the entrées, an osso buco Milanese seemed more in the Daytona style than in the Milan style. A grilled cowboy steak in a bourbon sauce and a Southwestern stuffed chicken are among the other choices without surprise. A weekly buffet is a nice alternative to the basic menu.
