Conga Room Restaurant Review:
The Conga Room in downtown Los Angeles is helmed by executive chef Alex Garcia, who offers a menu of Spanish, South American and Cuban cuisine at the club’s restaurant, Boca. The restaurant décor blends elements of Barcelona, Mexico and the Caribbean. Among tapas are various ceviches that include a trio of lobster dishes, spinach and manchego filled empanadas, a Spanish tortilla española, and Costa Rican tacos. Entrées include Cuban ropa vieja and lechón, jerk pork chop, and panela sugar-glazed salmon.
