Cosmic Coconut Restaurant Review

: Cosmic Coconut’s juices and smoothies rely on the freshest organic produce. Many are substantial enough to serve as meal replacements, especially with added vegan protein powder. Coconut or almond milk are used in the smoothies, so those with dairy allergies or special diets can imbibe carefree. Local favorites include the Chocolate Covered Almond smoothie (almond milk, bananas, cacao, agave and fresh coconut) and the Veggie Love juice (kale, carrots, peppers, tomato, beets, celery, garlic, apple, lemon and cayenne). Among the rotating daily lunch specials you’ll find a homemade black bean and quinoa burger on a sprouted grain bun, raw kale salad, bean and grain bowls, buffalo cauliflower wraps, and vegan grilled cheeses. Cosmic Coconut is bright and colorful with lots of natural light pouring through the shop windows. There are small tables and a large family-size table for those looking to enjoy their lunch on-site.
