People-watching may be a better bet than dining at this Sunset Strip sidewalk restaurant. Some dishes are fine --- the massive artichoke appetizer is undeniably a winner, as is a small calamari salad --- but not much care seems to go into many of the dishes, and the service can come off as indifferent, too, unless you're a regular. Sautéed shrimp in garlic and white wine are decently prepared, but plated without imagination. There are a variety of other basic selections as well, like chicken Marsala, lamb chops and pizzas. The unimpressive wine list is matched by inexpensive stemware inappropriate for the prices charged.
