Crossroads Kitchen at Resorts World is helmed by plant-based visionary and acclaimed chef Tal Ronnen and executive chef Paul Zlatos. The first fully plant-based fine dining restaurant on the Strip, Crossroads Kitchen mirrors the original location in Southern California serving signature Mediterranean-inspired plant-based dishes and some specifically for the Vegas market including caviar and chips and chestnut foie gras.
