: Dickey's has perfected the art of slow-smoking meat over hickory wood until it's fork-tender and full of flavor; just the aroma of it wafting toward you will stir up any appetite. It's best to decide exactly what you want before you get in line---nine types of meat and poultry and 20-some side dishes; dinners or sandwiches; or one of the daily specials. The lean, tender slices of brisket, pork and turkey are our favorites, and we like to pair them with the dill potato salad and coleslaw. The only other choice is hot or mild barbecue sauce (hot), and you're ready for a chow-down. |
