: What started out as a family-run truck slinging hot dogs under a bridge in Brickell now has two outposts dishing out some of the city's best arepas, namely the chorizo or Santa Barbara (avocado, marinated churrasco, tomato and organic white cheese) varieties. There's about a dozen of the sweet and savory corn pockets filled with just about everything you can imagine, as well as a plethora of patacon, pepitos and burgers, and favorites such as tequeños and empanadas. But what's best about this place, other than its consistency and laid back vibe, are the more than fair prices. The original flagship location is at 1246 SW 22nd St., Miami, 305-854-6869. |
