Dutch Goose Restaurant Review:

The Goose, as it's affectionately known, has been a staple for Stanford students and locals for decades. Retrofitted to allow for wheelchair access, the location has lost none of its down-home, divey feel. Every wooden wall and booth is well carved with the friendly (or not so) commentary of past diners, going back generations. There's ample outdoor and covered patio seating, which you can reserve in advance if you have a large enough party. Stick with the classics: burgers, fries and deviled eggs. If you want a bag of peanuts to while away the time when you are waiting, go ahead and throw the shells on the floor, it's that sort of place. Expect video games and a pool table, too. Lots of beers from which to choose, on draft, by the bottle or pitcher. Open till midnight Sunday to Tuesday, and 2 a.m. otherwise.
