If your group is made up of some variation on the following: a grouchy granddad who likes his burgers the old-fashioned way, a dad who wants upscale, interesting pizzas, a mom who wants a good salad, a sulky teenager who has recently become a vegetarian, and a picky three-year-old, your best option is E-Z’s. Pizzas range from spicy Thai chicken to plain old cheese and pepperoni, burgers can be veggie or beef, salads are fresh, and the shakes are divine. Always crowded at peak times, but even when the line is long the counter service is brisk, the secret is to send the troops to grab a table and let one person place the order.
