The hearty foods of Colombia emerge from this small Brighton storefront. Half bakery, El Cafétal makes some delicious, sweet loaves and snacks. Half restaurant, the food is fit for a South American cowboy, so beans, beef, eggs, sausage, empanadas and plantains are staples. The décor is all Colombian: One wall is dedicated to the nation's football (that's soccer to you) team and another one's lined with folk art depicting village scenes.
