El Guero Canelo in Tucson is known for its Sonoran-style hot dogs, which are wrapped in bacon and served with tomatoes, mayonnaise, beans, mustard, onions and jalapeño sauce in a Mexican roll. (The Sammy Dog is the same but with two franks.) Rounding out the menu are tacos, burros, quesadillas and tortas. Satisfy your sweet tooth with custard or a smoothie.
