Estuary Restaurant Review:

Chefs Bryan and Michael Voltaggio helped originate Estuary at Conrad Washington, DC, but they have since moved on. The restaurant sources ingredients from the Chesapeake Bay region, not only seafood but also the plants and land animals that embody the flavors of Mid-Atlantic cuisine. The signature smash burger features two brisket patties, cheddar, house sauce, red onion, lettuce and pickles on a brioche bun, served with Old Bay fries.
