Connected to Guinness, this Irish-themed spot was constructed using materials shipped in from Ireland. Besides brews, you’ll find Irish fare like boxty, quite good fish 'n' chips and, of course, there's corned beef and cabbage (not really an Irish dish), plenty of salmon and light bread pudding. Irish brown bread ice cream is a not-to-be-missed treat. Weekend Irish breakfast may be the most authentically Irish dish served, as it includes the requisite beans, Irish bacon and black pudding along with the fried eggs. If you go on Sunday, be sure to remember that alcohol is only served after noon.
